Delete Your Rainpot Account
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your ideas, projects, books, voice memos, and photos will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete in the App Recommended
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Rainpot app:
- Open Rainpot on your phone
- Tap the Profile icon (bottom right of the screen)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Re-authenticate when prompted (this confirms it's you)
- Confirm deletion — your account and all data are deleted immediately
Your account and all data are deleted within seconds.
Option 2 — Request by Email No app needed
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request by email. Include:
- The email address linked to your Rainpot account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days and send you a confirmation email.

What gets deleted
- Your Rainpot account and login credentials
- All ideas, projects, books, and book notes
- All voice memos and photos
- Your profile information (name, email)
What is not deleted
- Authentication event logs held by Google Firebase — these are retained by Google for up to 90 days for security purposes and are governed by Firebase's privacy policy
- Any emails you have sent to us (contact@khenitech.com) — retained for legal/business record purposes
